How To Receive or Reject Your Online Order in OrderPal Order Receiving App

The OrderPal Order Receiving App notifies you when you have received an online order, it also allows you to manage the online order. This include receive, reject the order as well as change to order to ready.

Receiving/Reject Order:

When an online order has been place, your OrderPal Order Receiving App will start to ring, You can tab the order to receive/Reject the order. You can provide and confirm the preparation time needed for the order. Customer will automatically receive an email with the preparation time stated in the email. The store will also received order details in the KOT printer. (Please see How to Configure Printer in OrderPal App for your Business on how to configure KOT printer)

When you reject an order, you can call the customers as well as provide reasoning.

When the Order the accepted with preparation time, you will see this in App. You can also print out the receipt or bill for customers. (Please see How to Configure Printer in OrderPal App for your Business on how to configure Receipt & Bill printer)

When order is ready for pickup or delivery, you can then mask the order is ready. The order will then disappear from “My Order” and then moved to “Order History”
